| Vapour Barrier/Desiccant | |
| Vapour Barrier Foil is a flexible, heat-sealable, water vapour barrier foil. Desiccant bags are
used with this application and vary in sizes based on the size of package.
It provides excellent protection for the contents inside the bag from oxygen transmission, water vapour, salt and chlorides (sea water), odour, UV rays, oils, greases, acid, alkalines , humidity and other contaminants. |

| VCI Paper | |
| Oxidation occurs when an electrolyte (water, oxygen, etc.) is present on the surface of a metal. The corrosion process begins when electrons flow through the electrolyte from high energy areas (anode) to low energy areas (cathode) of the metal. VCI Technology blocks this reaction by passivating the surface and inhibiting the electrochemical current flow from anode to cathode. VCI’s protective vapors attach themselves to a metal surface to form an invisible film only a few molecules thick to protect metal from attack. VCI can work for several years to prevent corrosion from occurring on the metal surface. | |

| VCI -High Density Polyethylene is an excellent choice for interleaving on returnable trays or wherever conformability is critical. Provides optimal protection in thin guages such as 1.25 mil without the bulk of paper. Due to it's thin guages and compaction, offers a great alternative to paper when source reduction is important. VCI offers the benefits of a barrier along with superior corrosion inhibiting protection. Also used with this application is VCI Foam Inserts (Pads) which work in conjunction with the VCI film as a rust inhibitor. Good for up to 24 months corrosion protection including galvanic corrosion. | |
| Humidity Indicator Plugs | |
| Humidity indicator plugs work much like Humidity Indicator Cards but
can be screwed into the outside walls of sealed containers. Made of aluminum, brass or
stainless steel, they feature large, clear viewing windows for easy reading of humidity
levels within the container.
Often, plugs are used on equipment, components or devices that otherwise would never be opened unless there is an issue. By installing humidity indicator or desiccator plugs into the walls of these containers, users can ensure that goods are housed at safe humidity levels without exposing them to external elements while humidity levels can still be checked. |

It has excellent durability in both hot and cold temperatures and exhibits stability in outdoor applications. Polyethylene Sheeting is environmentally friendly and recyclable. Available in various thicknesses and colors. This type of application is applied with a heat gun and propane. |
